About this product

Inspired by the nadan chicken roasts of Kerala homes, this ready-to-cook pack combines curry-cut chicken with a masala of small onions, crushed black pepper, fennel, ginger, garlic and fresh curry leaves.

Simply cook it down in a little coconut oil until dark and glossy — dinner in 30 minutes, with all the flavour of a slow Sunday roast.
