Indo-Western · Starter
Sticky, crisp-edged wings with a sweet-heat honey chilli glaze — the easiest crowd-pleaser for game nights.

Grilled wings are all about contrast: crisp, smoky skin and a sticky glaze with a slow-building heat. This recipe gets you there in an oven or on the grill.
Start from Delvora Spicy Chicken Wings — already marinated — and simply add the glaze for the final few minutes.
Arrange the wings on a rack over a tray. Grill or bake at 220 °C for 22–25 minutes, turning once, until the skin is crisp.
Warm the honey, chilli flakes, soy sauce, vinegar and butter in a small pan until glossy and bubbling.
Toss the hot wings in the glaze and return to the oven for 3–4 minutes until sticky. Sprinkle with sesame and spring onion.
